A consistent approach
Engineering taught me how to design structures. Leadership taught me how to design clarity.
The work changes, but the central challenge is consistent: understand the real constraint, make the decision path visible, and build a practical way forward. That approach connects my experience in structural engineering, regulated environments, infrastructure programs, and engineering organizations. I am also exploring the responsible use of new tools, including responsible AI-enabled workflows.
